Please beware. This company is extremely unprofessional and subcontracts out to inexperienced movers. I was scheduled to move 1-3pm on a Saturday. Around 11am I received a call from the main office saying there was a problem with the truck and the movers will be there around 3/3:30. At 3:30 no one showed up so I tried calling the office and there was no answer and the mailbox was full. I called multiple times and then just assumed that no one would show up. When they did show up at 5:30 the person who was trying to move my stuff did not even know what company contracted him. It was one man and his underage son with a rental van who did not properly know how to wrap furniture. I had already found another group of last minute professional movers so I canceled their service right away. Please use another moving company.”

What a great experience! These guys are masters at what they do. They were ahead of time, efficient, careful with your belonging and courteous. These movers are in a class of their own. If you're looking for an inexpensive and quick move you MUST call these guys, they'll be careful with your items and it'll be over before you know it. These guys are great. We agreed on a 5pm start time and they arrived around 5:06pm (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because of rush hour and traffic). Basically they showed up and after signing a form confirming the time they arrived, both of them scanned how much stuff you had to move and went right to work. The whole loading phase from the old apartment took just under 1.5 hours which loaded about 20 boxes, a bed, sofa, tables, dressers, mirrors, and other smalls things. By the time we got to the new place, it took another 1.5 to unload. So all in all, it was definitely worth the money and they took great care of our things. Not one wall ding or broken piece.”

These guys are great and for an excellent price. The whole move took about two 1/2 hours for a one bedroom apt and it only took them about 45 minutes to unload. They took great care of our furniture- not a single ding or scratch- and also were careful not to scratch walls or door frames. Just three comments- they were about an hour late which was a little inconvenient but didn't change our day too much. I also assumed they would take care of parking- we didn't end up having any issues just using alleys, etc, but it would have been helpful to know that the client needs to set that up ahead of time. Also, they prefer cash (and you get a 5% discount if you pay that way) so helpful to have that on-hand or have an ATM close by. Overall a great experience!”

They took apart all of the furniture that needed to be taken apart (beds, tables) and wrapped the art and furniture with great care. Used their service about a month ago for a two bedroom apartment move with a lot of heavy furniture and a Bowflex exercise machine --- which they didn't charge me extra for. The price quoted was reasonable and I moved forward with hiring them. I'm glad I did. Prices quoted were true with no additional hidden cost. They were very professional and polite. I stayed out their way and sat on the side while they worked. They didn't waste time and moved me within 4 hours. They broke down my beds (didn't have tools to do it myself) and even wrapped all my furniture in plastic wrap and flat screens in cloth quick and efficiently. I'm sure if you do all that yourself, your time will probably be less then mine but I was still impressed and ok with how efficient they were. Nothing was damaged and everything was reassembled exactly where I requested it to be once I reached my new home. I changed my moved date once and my time twice since my initial booking. They were very accommodating and very customer service focused. There's a discount if you give them cash instead of using your credit card. I just didn't know how much it all would be at the end so I didn't take out cash. I'm sure I could have ran to the ATM and they would have waited without an additional charge but I just decided not to pay cash. I would definitely hire them again for my next and final move.”

I was in a bigtime crunch and reached out Sunday afternoon for a late night Monday move (from NoMa to a MD storage unit) quote since I was only able to get an 8pm loading dock elevator time. Understanding it was a last minute request, I was more than pleased to hear they were able to accommodate my request at a fair price. They came on time and had my 6-7 large furniture items wrapped and loaded quick and precise. Even with the mess my roommate had that was taking up space and crowding the paths in the unit, the movers easily maneuvered and we're able to load/unload into my storage unit within less than 3 hours. The supervisor confirmed the deets earlier in the day, and also was there to help make sure everything looked good on the contract before his guys started. The way my work schedule is set up, I couldn't move any earlier than 5pm, these guys (2 of them) came at 7pm for me and moved my 5 x 10 storage unit out of Extra Space Storage in 30 minutes. They drove to my apartment around the corner, and deliver the same boxes and other items to a third floor apartment in 30 minutes. They didn't drop anything, scratch anything, nor damage anything. do not book with this company!!! updated to show the scam this company is running - do not book them. see screenshots attached from our conversation today. i don't want anyone to go through this. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! BEWARE * BEWARE * BEWARE I hired this company last week to move me into a new apartment over the weekend (August 25, 2019). Nick stated if I paid for 3 movers they would be able to get my 1 bedroom apartment moved in 2 hours for certain. Key words here being "for certain". Well it took them almost 4 hours to complete! In addition, they damaged at least one of my TVs! My most expensive TV! 65" 4K Ultra HD TV. The screen is completed messed up and the picture has a huge white and black square covering 80% of the picture now. It's done and needs replaced. I will be checking the second TV tonight. Furthermore, the owner of the company, Ben reached out to me and proceeded to argue with me about requesting a refund for the 1.5 hours and applicable taxes and fees I requested since I have IN WRITING that they would only need 3 movers to get the job done in 2 hours. I work in contracts for a living for the federal government and I know that I am only obligated to pay for those 2 hours and nothing more unless I requested something additional. I reminded the movers repeatedly that I only agreed to 2 hours and I even let them LEAVE ITEMS BEHIND to meet those 2 hours!!!! The owner stated the following in an email to me today: "Maria, We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors however if you'd like us to replace the TV then we recommend you stick to the contract you entered with our company. Would you rather get a replacement TV or go to court with us over $300 then that is your prerogative. Thanks, Nick" It's incredibly unprofessional to threaten a customer with the "if you'd like us to replace the TV then we recommend you stick to the contract you entered".... the receipt I signed (what they considered a contract) after the movers were "done", even had language referring to the two hours I specifically only agreed to pay for. So I will be filing in small claims court for a partial refund and the funds to replace my TV since I refuse to sign a "release of liability" in order for them to replace my TV. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!”
