I have used Bruce before and had good service. Yesterday I had them transport some important artwork. Bruce assured me they would wrap the pieces in blankets before putting in their moving truck. What arrived was rain soaked framed artwork that the driver had put in an open pickup truck. An expensive piece is likely seriously damaged. The only response from the delivery person was “sorry about that”. I’ve left several messages for a return call from Bruce. None received. I won’t recommend them again! No accountability. No professionalism.”

Bruce Hensley, the supposed owner was extremely disrespectful and even started to get inappropriate with me! They refused to fix or replace the damaged items. To top it all off, after further research, they charge WAY more than other moving companies in the area! This guy is running a corrupt business, and I have no idea how they are still open. Do not trust the supposedly good reviews- they pay people to write them! Beware of these crooks!!!”
