This company got me so upset. I was calling the police and filing a report with my DOT in my area. I called this company to get info about my move and they told me that they didn't pick up my items and the company that did is under investigation and they robbed my items and probably stole my money. I freaked out and cried for hours trying to figure out where my stuff was. Two days after this call I got a call from my mover confirming my delivery. Why didn't they just say I had the wrong company. They created soo much stress for nothing. I would never use these people. Who does this!!!! I received my items on time and with no problems other than these guys.”

Bruce made it painless! The two ladies who came and packed up my belongings, Natasha and Isabel, were the best. If I had one complaint, I guess it would be that through an honest mistake obviously they used the last of my paper for packing my own things. When your 98 year old Mother needs to close out her apartment and move to Skilled Nursing following a stroke, who do you call to move a lifetime of precious heirlooms and handmade oak furniture? The folks at the Senior Living Facility recommended Arrow Moving and Storage. What a GREAT recommendation! Chris and Lorenzo showed up on time for our scheduled move with smiles on their faces and an eagerness to help. They got down to business immediately, carefully padding and protecting some really special things we needed to move. Between Mother's family, friends, and the skilled nursing facility, there were four separate drop off locations. They carefully delivered each piece in excellent condition, even taking a few moments to help arrange furniture in the new room at skilled nursing. The unwanted items were dropped off a Goodwill for us. Chris and Lorenzo made a difficult day go so much better. We couldn't have hoped for a better move. I rate Arrow Moving and Storage at Five Stars. You can trust these people to handle your next move. Ask for Chris and Lorenzo, they were absolutely wonderful!”
