This is a great little moving company. Very professional. This is the second time we have used them. These guys work HARD! They're courteous and efficient. We used them for packing and moving this time. You should see how they pack a truck! They've all got to be geniuses at Tetris, because they're isn't a wasted square inch! We had the pleasure of working with James, Chris, Isaiah, Phillip, and David. Not completely unpacked yet, but so far nothing is broken and I don't anticipate that anything will be. We started with just James and and Chris, but we quickly discovered how grossly we had underestimated our move, so they called in the Calvary and still delivered within the promised timeframe, which was amazing, because we literally had DOUBLE what we thought we did. I couldn't really complain then when they were a but behind our newly scheduled time, especially because they stayed in constant communication about their movements. Prior to the move, I had meetings with Philip to determine what my expectations were and get a quote. I've used Around the Clock twice now for my moves, the first time in 2015 and again this past weekend. I was incredibly happy with the results each time and can't say enough nice things about them! The process to set up was so easy and ATC responded with a quote very promptly. The moving crew was professional, friendly, and so swift! I couldn't believe how quickly they moved us out of one house and into another, even with traffic and a 40 minute commute! They also shrink wrapped our furniture and used blankets to protect large pieces to ensure everything was delivered without a scratch. We also opted to use their additional cleaning service for the house we moved out of, which was a major blessing after moving into a new place. For booking both, we received a 10% discount on the cleaning service, which was already inexpensive. The house was cleaned very well and certainly looked better than if we had done it on our own (definitely worth it!) The cherry on top of the whole process was the great price. After receiving quotes from various moving companies around the city, we chose ATC based on our previous experience and much better pricing. The total for both the move and the cleaning service was significantly cheaper than other popular moving companies in the city. I highly recommend ATC for your next move, you won't be disappointed!”

I've used Around the Clock (ATC) multiple times, a few times to move boxes and furniture from storage to my home or from home into storage. Last time around was an office job moving mostly large office furniture and heavy boxes from one building to an adjacent building in an office park. Overall, a pretty solid experience. All three times we used ATC it was easy to schedule and they showed up on time and with the correct number of movers. Pricing is straight forward (hourly with a 2 hour minimum) and all additional fees clearly stated up front during scheduling. This would have been a 5-star review but this last time around there was one person in the three man crew who just didn't appear to be as well trained as all the other movers we have had using ATC. Ironically, this guy ended up moving the heaviest items and I had to ask that he not stack heavy boxes of books above chest height (no way I could have safely moved them by myself if they were above my shoulders), some heavy boxes were placed upside down, a conference table that was disassembled for the move was reassembled but left shaky, heavy boxes kind of thrown down roughly at times. These guys work really hard but if something is to heavy to carry by yourself, or if someone is just tired then I expect that he ask a fellow crew member for help instead of dropping things or placing heavy things upside down. I made the mistake of not remembering the crew names so I could specifically request to not have this person again on a job.”

They expertly packed the UPack and I am positive that their packing tetris easily paid for their services by getting all of our stuff into the least amount of space possible. I was moving from downtown Denver, needed to make a stop at a storage unit to load up more of my stuff, and then moving into a new home in Aurora. The guys that helped me during my move did an amazing job! They were friendly, were a lot faster than I was expecting (even considering that they were wrapping up my furniture to help protect it and walls), and didn't leave a scratch on my furniture or walls. If you want a mover in the Denver area, look no further. We needed to move a 4 bedroom house over a distance of 4 miles. The crew from Around the Clock were professional and efficient through the entire experience from quote to completion. I got a number of quotes from various movers, and ATC was very reasonably priced. The quote itself was very clear and descriptive of all services provided, with nothing hidden. James (the owner) went through all the options with me, and provided me with enough documentation and resources to make sure I was clear on what I needed and what to expect from them. He didn't need to come onsite for a walkthrough to provide me a quote (which a number of other movers did). They also sent me a pre-move questionnaire which helped them understand what a successful move looks like for me. On the day of the move itself (8/15/2020), a team of 3 solid movers (Phillip, Dom and Andre) in 2 trucks showed up on time at 8:30 am (and called ahead to let me know when they were en route). I had packed and moved a bunch of smaller boxes ahead of time, and needed the movers to help with all the heavy / bulky things. They were incredibly careful with all my stuff - all items were wrapped, they used runners as needed to protect floors and carpet, and took extra care with electronics and heavy gym equipment. Before we left the old house, they did a thorough walkthrough with me to make sure they'd got everything. Once we reached the new house, they made sure that everything was in the desired spot. No furniture was dinged, floors and walls were not scratched, and they cleaned up their packing material before leaving. They crushed the job in just over 7 hours. Having been through 2 moves before, this was by far the best team I've ever seen. I would highly recommend Around the Clock movers for any moves! It was a phenomenal, STRESS-FREE experience all the way through!”

The only issue we had was the delayed delivery. The drivers were originally expecting to arrive on Monday and were unable to show up until later in the week on Wednesday. They had to stop a few times due to their limitations on driving which I had no idea was regulated. Once we were informed, we understood there was nothing anyone could have done to prevent this. Our items arrived in the same condition in which they left and the only additional charges we had were for stairs at our delivery end. I would give them 4/5 stars and I would for sure use them again.”

They guys came and did an in-home estimate and we explained all of the items that we wanted to move, our budget and the time frame we wanted to be picked up and delivered. DON NOT USE ROUND THE CLOCK MOVERS- James is the owner and runs the crew. One the first attempt to pack us they showed up with 4 of the six guys promised. They were hard working and were nice but left many items at my old residence. The items they actually moved to my new house were haphazardly placed all over my basement- not on the shelving provided. We are still missing items that have never shown up after having finally gotten it all organized i.e. signed Bronco’s football, coats…... The move cost more than the bid because it took more time. It took me over 6 weeks to get them to come back and finish my move. Despite their assurance that they had gotten everything this time they still missed a closet, our bar, a several cupboards and our entire shed. Several weeks later I tried to file an insurance claim since I had purchased the extra insurance . I contacted them numerous times and waited more than two weeks before James informed me that all claims had to be submitted within 24 hours of the move. A fact not previously disclosed and completely unrealistic when moving a 5,000 SF home. He also said that I should have disclosed during the packing process expensive items so they could be pack carefully. I thought all of my items were important regardless of the cost. One of the most important pieces (hand painted Turkish plate) broken was obviously dropped and no one had the integrity to come clean and let me know- instead it was buried in corner. Because he “cares so much for his customers” he then insisted that I would need to provide original receipts for any items that were broken and then he would any give me half of the money. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF ROUND THE CLOCK MOVERS AND JAMES HARVEY who I also believe works with EXIT REALITY. Their ads were all over his marketing materials. I wouldn’t want James to sell me a house much less move one!”
