Deplorable moving company. Was quoted $3100 for small 3bedroom condo from San Diego to Florida. We had all items prepackaged and labeled in boxes and tubs. Movers arrived 5 hours late, didn’t wear masks, soiled carpet and price gouged additional $2200. I made a complaint to Ark moving group and received no help. Senior management has no involvement. Text messages, emails go unanswered. The day prior to furniture delivery we were informed the furniture never left CA. We are pleading for our furniture and doubtful it will arrive. Staff is patronizing, senior management is arrogant and they could care less if we received our furniture. Absolutely do not use this company”

It took me about a couple of weeks to find a suitable moving company, finally I came across Ark Moving Group. I have to give them the five stars they deserve. I was really impressed with the service Ark Moving Group provided. They delivered the 3 things I value most, timeliness, professionalism, and quality, I'd rather say that they aced it. I had a bit of a problem with them regarding a few items which got delayed for God knows what reason, but they did deliver them in the end. I had a pool of five companies to pick from, and after hearing recommendations from a couple of different people, I decided to go ahead with "Insert Company Name". Their quote was okayish but after some negotiation, they came down to about 80% of the quote, and I gladly accepted it. Ok, so they came in at 8 AM sharp and soon after started the move, and by the end of the day, they delivered almost everything, the few things left came only a couple of days later. But the thing is, their handling of the problem was impeccable and they did everything in their capacity to help me out. I loved how they were particularly careful about hygiene and took precautions all-throughout. They used PPE suits, masks and gloves. Their customer support was really good and was able to accommodate to our schedule. For a 3 room apartment, there were 5 men assigned to help with the move.
