They scrapped up, banged and ripped doorways in my brand new home. damaged multiple pieces of furniture. lost the glass top to two of my living room side tables. left the mirror to my dresser on the curb of the street. put my television on the stand incorrrctly and left it that way. I had to call them to return so I could actually get my cable connected. Didn't finish the last part of my move so between 1 and 4 am my Daughter and I were dragging multiple items across the street to a neighbors home to storage because we had to vacate the premesis that night and Ed Johnson was aware of that fact but said my Daughter and I were giving him attitude about how late he showed up (7pm) to complete the move. We had to rent a u-haul and complete the move ourselves. He also stepped through the screen door in my new home and tore it. Again never got it repaired after multiple promises to do so. They placed part of furniture in the appropriate room and left other parts of it in the garage or hallway and let. Said he had another job to do. He repeatedly stated that he would take care of the damages.And never showed up to do so. Please stay away from AML Venture Miving and Cleaning service. Mr Jihnson is dishonest to say the least”

How about this: We find an amazing Groupon online for 4 hours of moving service, a truck, and two movers for $199. Awesome, I buy this groupon and proceed to make an appointment. At that time, AML group says they are only paid by groupon once monthly and would we cancel our groupon and pay them directly for the move. Sketchy - but okay, I understand small businesses and front-loading costs, as I work in finance. Through text messages, we confirm we have done this and schedule our move and everything is great - until the day before our move (TODAY). The first concern is when we received a text - "Do we need a truck?" - wait.... we want what was promised in the groupon for the same price. After a few exchanges - he just lets the calls go to voicemail when speaking with my fiance. I call from a different number and get through and I am told that groupon is just a way for them to "get the word out" about their company and the price varies. Mind-you - go look at the groupon - this was not discussed there and not discussed in our conversation a week ago. The mover "won't know how much the additional charges would be until he sees the full scope of work" - I've already sent a detailed list of how many boxes, zip codes and addresses, what pieces of furniture, etc... No go - he refuses to move our items because I refuse to go forward without a pricing guideline. I have contacted groupon as well, because I have a feeling there will be a lot of fraudulent activities related to this company and their offer. Good luck - goes to show - you try to help out a business and you get nothing in return. Should have kept the groupon and let them handle the nonsense from this UNPROFESSIONAL moving company....Groupon proof below.”

We needed help moving some extremely big, heavy furniture from our moving pod into our new home. I have used AML on two separate occasions. First was in June 2020. They were great, on time, very careful and fast with loading the truck I rented to move. Everything made it safe to our new location 6 hours away. Ed and his team were so professional and I felt they really cared about my items. The second time I used AML was on our final move out of state July 16, 2020. Again, Ed and his team did not disappoint. They arrived on time, Ed walked through the house with me to survey what all needed to be loaded. He quickly said, you will need another truck ( I had rented a 26 ft truck) thinking everything would fit. I have to admit, I was skeptical when Ed said we would need a bigger truck but I decided to wait it out and see what it looked like in a few hours. Few hours passed, you guessed it! Ed was right, he and his crew had loaded the 26 ft truck and there was quite a bit of household items left. I originally scheduled AML for 4 hours, their time was up. Ed and his team really showed what great customer service looks like. I would have been way behind scheduled getting to our new home if it wasn’t for AML. I asked Ed what their achieved looked like the rest of the day or the next day. He graciously let me know they had a small job to complete for a couple of hours, but promised to be back and help until the new truck was loaded. They were awesome, after working all day in 90 degree weather. They came back and loaded a 20 ft truck. These guys are the best, they are not afraid of the heat or how much work needs to be done. I would recommend you give AML a call no matter the size of the job. You will not be disappointed!”
