I never got to the actual moving point with these guys. I put in a request for a pretty small job -- three pieces of furniture (one very small) and about 20 boxes. Going about 20 miles from Strongsville to Medina. The original estimate said they charge $65 an hour. So we start communicating, and the guy, Yuri, said he wanted to give me a flat rate over the phone. So he calls me, then talks to my ex-husband who is coordinating the move from his side (our house) to confirm what I was saying. The next day, he has a guy named Alex call. He says the move will cost me $450. I busted out laughing and said that was way higher than expected. He proceeded to get abrupt with me, saying it was a big distance, a huge move that would take at least four hours. And when I said that didn't ring true, he sarcastically asked "How long did you think it would take?" I told I've been through a lot of moves with whole houses that took less time. When I said I'd have to think about it, he argued that they were more honest and better than all the other companies, etc. He was very pushy and condescending, which turned me off even more. I told him we were too far apart on the price and he all but hung up on me. This company's customer service and pricing bait and switch left me cold. I hired a different company.”
