Worst experience ever. The movers said they disassemble and reassemble any furnitures and appliances they move. They disassembled the washer and dryer, all 3 movers reassembled the washer by plugging in a draining hose in a hole underneath the washer connected to a VENT (see the pic), completely flooding water downstairs (water pouring out of downstairs vents everywhere). All 3 movers didn’t even know how to do a basic installation of a washer/dryer. They make you sign a waiver for situations like this, so the company isn’t liable for any damages. If you want water damages on Your first home, feel free to use this company.”
