They were early for the job, started right away, never stopped moving (yes, they were in fact always moving), took great care of my stuff, and were very nice. I felt guilty watching them work. I know lazy (I used to work for the county) and these guys were not it. The few times they did something wrong (usually because I forgot to tell them something) they made it right ASAP. I had to stop them and make them eat the pizza I picked up. Their price was better than anything else I could find. They were very Covid safe and always wore their masks. If you are going to hire movers, go with Always Moving. One thing to add is be kind to your movers and be organized. Pack up and be ready to go. Don't use huge boxes and fill them with books. Label where things are going. Be nice to them and give clear directions. What goes around comes around.”

The Pickup/Packup/Unpack and Drop Off/ we’re good no issues. The issue was trying to get ahold of The Quality Assurance Rep Manger name David. He verbally told me that I would only be charged for the Actual Cubic Feet used. I used 919cf out of 1100cf purchased, which was noted on the paperwork filled out by the pickup crew, apparently the word of the QA Manger David is not trustworthy l, after numerous attempts via call back and email he has not responded. Till this day I still have not got a copy of the Actual contract or Receipt which the delivery POC said that they will send me a copy of it which was my HHGs was delivered the last week of October And still to this day no copy of contract or receipt. As a Retired Military serviceman I Would Not Recommend this establishment to anyone. There word especially from a high ranking person from there company is not there bind. I still call in order to get a copy of paperwork due to me with no kind of resolve. I recommend to all who thinks about hiring this company for you move to record every company phone call and email, they way they are to me is very Unprofessional!”
