I am disappointed with their work. they gave me a flat price and at the end they charged me for 650 dollars more. the reason is that the super big truck cannot be entered to the street my building is. the reality is the truck was not a normal truck (72 feet long). it cannot fit any street or apartment complex and it was obvious for any moving company or label or estimator, and they know about it but intentionally they told me it is ok and ask me to sign it is not applicable for me and at the end, they used it against me. I asked them two times to check about it before signing the contract but it was their trick to overcharge you. my case is in the curt now. I never recommend them due to they are not honest at all.”

These guys took a 3k stone outdoor table that was an heirloom from my mother who passed away this year and put it in a cardboard box with no cushion, broke it into many pieces. They offered me a couple hundred bucks back. No real apology, no sincerity...just "these things happen". Oh and they lost a set of $600 mirrored end tables. Won't use them again and I suggest you don't either if you value your belongings.”

My experience was awful and I do not recommend Alpha Moving to anyone. The chief of the crew was all the time very rude, and since the beginning has been trying to make additional money on us. He arrived telling that he had parked the truck in a forbidden place and we would have to pay all the fines and tickets (however, the contract set forth that all the tickets were Alpha Moving liability), that if the moving was late, he would charge us more, and by the end of the day we had a very hard time with him. We hired the crew to pack our kitchen stuff. They only packed one box and such box has disappeared. We have been trying almost 3 months to recover the box or have an insurance cover. It is our worst experience ever with a service provider in US”

A bunch of crooks! I'm not talking about the movers, I'm talking about the crooks in the office. I purchased their services, by one of their sales staff. I had no problem with the packing and moving, it wasn't until they got to the storage place. I was told that I had to pay an additional fee. For the travel time from the storage facility that I was renting from, back to their facility. I already had paid everything upfront with the sales representative. So I called the office and they said that I had to pay that fee or they wouldn't offload my property from the truck. So I was strong armed into paying the fee of their travel time back to their warehouse. When I tell you CROOKS THESE ARE CROOKS!”
