Do not believe the price quote they provide to you. They quoted the cost of my move at $3,563.41, when the movers came the price changed to $6,797.00. They also told me I could call one week ahead of time and change the delivery date, which is not true either. You can change your "first available delivery date," but then I realized they can take up to 21 days to deliver your belongings, so you are stuck living in an empty house with nothing in it until they decide they can bring your stuff. You would be better off renting a truck and paying someone to load and unload your stuff, at least you are sure to move the exact date you want to move.”

Every time you contact customer service it goes to voicemail.
