Susan is amazing and takes away any anxiety over what to do and how to prepare for the big or small moving day. She was informative and set expectations very well. The job was quoted with great rates both times and totaled even less as they finished the job so efficiently. The "contract process" included listing out the amount of rooms and general details of the types of items being moved. That was important to get a good read on the coat for the entire job and be prepared for the worst case scenario. The job was charged as they proposed and adjusted down to the true time of the movers moving the home items. They don't charge you travel time to where you are starting the move Or for their trip back to the shop. Both jobs - three years ago and on the 1st took 2.5 tops to load and under 2 to empty for a full 3-4brm home with main floor and upstairs and basement at one of them. If you take the small amount of time tonlist brm sets and sofas and approx number of boxes/bins it will be oh so worth it for the peace of mind with the estimate and translate into savings and smooth results. They did such a spectacular job on both jobs for me. Wrapping furniture and carefully but quickly moving right along. I had never seen so many furniture pads and their techniques to keep every single item safe from any dirt or damage. They did not as they say " dilly dally" at all. Polite, professional but even more importantly good humans. Both times there was not a word of complaint or any sign of annoyance with any indecisiveness as to what goes and doesn't or where to place it. Both teams of men that were sent worked hard and smart. They definitely knew how to get it done and nothing got bumped around or broken. Junior was the lead on the team that just finished moving us a week or so ago. I was extremely impressed with his leadership and rapport with the other two men on his team. As they worked you heard direction being given by Junior to Jose and Sam. Whether they asked for it or Junior saw it as needed being proactive and insightful to avoid issues. That is what makes a good leader, a working guy right there doing what he is asking others to do and looking out for the team and client to finish the job well. It was a day of some good chatter and laughs after weeks of packing and preparing.”

FRAUD be careful. FILING A POLICE REPORT. This company has changed ownership or management perhaps? They scammed the amount of time to do the move by more than double the original move estimate. Same move had been done four other times before, only taking four hours - this time ten! AND broke tons of things. AND then dual charged through bank cards to the point of shutting down supposedly their ability to get any money. I paid my son's move bill on threat of furniture being kept "hostage" in owner's words" . I was told it would be $400 on my credit card. Owner put through $800 ! Then a few days later another charge for $885 appeared on my card. AND, the original $400 DID clear my son's credit card as well. This company is scamming with making sure they get lots more time billed - even overheard one of the laborers saying to the other one, slow down during the move itself! AND they are multiple charging for the same move over and over again on two different people's credit cards. I am filing a police report next.”

stay away. stay far far away. horrible. I paid them to pack. The photos are the first few boxes I unpacked. no wrapping. no care. i just dumped my belongings mixing fragile china with books and cds. boxes were not marked for contents. rooms were not kept together. parts of items not kept together. unpacking was equally awful. I would give no stars if possible.”

This company is a scam. The move actually went well, despite the movers being an hour late arriving. They worked hard and were efficient. However, the office charged both my credit card and my debit card for the cost of the move. It's now been 8 days and they will not refund the money or give me any idea of when it will be done. I am laughed at for expecting a refund and the call is immediately ended after the lady in the office says she will "look into it." They acknowledge that they charged unauthorized money to my account, but don't seem to do anything to correct their situation. Now, she will no longer answer or return my calls. It appears that they pay their movers rock bottom salaries to keep the cost low, but scam you on the financial side by double billing you for unauthorized services after your move, with no recourse. Stay away. This is fraud.”

1) The truck arrived at 9:30 and yet we were charged from 9am, even though they are not supposed to charge until they arrive at the destination. 2) I was guaranteed three hard-working movers to move our things. a. One only went up and down our three-floor walkup one bedroom apartment about 4 times. b. One was 72 years old, not in great shape, sweating profusely, and looked like he was going to pass out. c. Third one was belligerent - saying "I'm not moving your stuff, this is a commercial job not a residential job" (which was only my one bedroom apartment); yelled that he was not a trash man and would not move our things to the dumpster, which was right next to the truck. We were not asking for anything to be put IN the dumpster, only left NEXT TO it. When my husband called the owner, he said that was fine and there would be no charge. The worker that got aggressive with us said at the end of the move that the change was $120 - and told the owner that the dumpster was over 350 feet from the truck. There is a dumpster on each side of the building, and there is no way the truck was more than 20 feet from the dumpster. i. The belligerent worker started yelling at me and my husband and got in my face as though he was going to hit me. I told him loudly to get out of my apartment and he wouldn't leave. My landlord said several people on my floor heard a male voice they didn't recognize yelling at us, and he asked if we wanted the police called. We should have had them call but were scared about retaliation. ii. Several of our bins were dropped and when things fell out, the angry mover threw them angrily back into the bins. Upon arrival at our new house, we realized that many of the bins had been broken beyond using them again. d. The owner, on speakerphone so my husband could hear, apologized, saying he did not send his best workers because they were on another job. He said other people have had problems with the belligerent guy before. He wanted to send other workers but apparently my move was not as important as the "big move" he had going on. e. Upon getting the final bill that day, I was scared not to sign - I protested the charges but was told they would not budge. f. So now I have damaged property, a belligerent man that we should have called the police on, an elderly man who was not strong enough to move me, and a lazy man that only went up and down the stairs a couple of times. 3) What that leaves me with: a. Again, damaged property, trauma from the way I was treated when I was verbally attacked and almost physically attacked, and I was charged for 6 hours, when my friend who referred me to this company had a two floor apartment with more boxes and furniture moved by other men in the company in 3 hours. b. I also never received a copy of the bill that was signed and filled out completely.”
