Tom did not push his luck and risk damaging the walls, and instead dismantled this extremely complicated piece of machinery and then reassembled it perfectly when it was back in my house. He really impressed me with his knack for mechanics and his perfectionism. Putting a high performing treadmill back together is not an easy task. The entire operation took a while, but Tom stuck to his original quoted price. I paid him more than what he quoted because he deserved it. He is a very decent guy who will do his best for you. Tom and Andrew helped us move our one bedroom apartment from Medford to Cambridge and did an amazing job. There were a few things that went wrong that they handled really well. First, we left our apartment keys in our car at U-Haul. Tom said no problem, I'll wait here while you go get those. Then our couch wouldn't fit in the elevator. I am livid. First, I REALLY wanted to like the service and I feel bad because the movers were nice... but I was told they would be at my old place by 4 pm, they didn’t show up till 8:30. I get it, it’s the busy season and if this was the only issue I would let it go. Then they damaged my bed frame and dropped my air conditioner out the window. From there I drove to my new address (about a 40 minute drive). I called after having time to go to an ATM and get cat food with no word from them. Turns out they went on a DIFFERENT JOB after mine without telling me. I expressed concerns that the two jobs could get mixed up, they said it would be fine. I also expressed frustrations that I was not made aware that they would not be immediately going to my new place. The owner told me to not make a frustrating day worse for him. They showed up around 2 am. At this point I made it clear that my landlord has a baby who lives downstairs and we would need to be quiet. They were yelling inside and out the house, let the dog roam free which started barking in the house, dropped more of the furniture and almost broke the bannister. OH and it turns out they DID end up giving part of my belongings to the other customer. So now WE have to drive and go get it ourselves today. So in summation, they did more damage to my property than the amount I paid them, I probably made a HORRIBLE impression on my new landlord and I will never use this company again.”
