This place was great in the beginning. Today they changed my opinion. My account is past due and I called to make the payment today using my dad's credit card number since he is helping me out until I get paid but they would not accept the card and insisted that he bring the card in with his ID. Well, he lives over 200 miles away and cannot do that. I understand the whole protection of card theft, etc. but I have used my brother's card before and my friend's card before and never had to do this. If you are going to abide by the protection law or procedure do it across the board not when I am trying to bring my account current and start to get my belongings out of the unit. I am beyond livid and want to make everyone aware of this.”
