The team at Quality Moving assisted us in the move by helping us get his belongings here safety and fast. Greg and Steve S. arrived to the house in St Louis early and packed loaded the truck in less than an hour. They arrived on time here in Austin and had everything unloaded into the apartment in less than an hour. They were courteous and fast. The first time we used ABC we were really impressed with how quick and careful they were with our furniture. The last move was terrible. For starters, the move end up taking twice as long because one of the movers was probably in his late 60's early 70's. Therefore the move was predominately done by one mover yet we were charged for two. The older gentleman also smoked every chance he had outside near the truck and as a result, my furniture wreaked of cigarettes. Also, they left black fingerprints all over my cream colored couch. All in all, I wish I spent more for quality movers because it would have cost the same for a fraction of the time.”

My husband and I had hired another company but due to a scheduling conflict with the freight elevator, we had to schedule the move for a different day which they could not do. We were a week out from our move and I was freaked out! We called ABC and they were wonderful! They worked with us to quickly get our move all set up and scheduled. Kevin, Will, Dave, and Duane were fantastic! I couldn't believe how quickly they had everything moved into the truck. There were a few hiccups (the elevator broke) on the move in and they were patient and calm. They even helped us dispose of a couch that was too large to fit into our apartment. DO NOT USE ABC Quality Moving. The movers literally threw and stacked furniture and items into the storage lockers breaking and damaging almost everything!! Hundreds and hundreds of dollars of damages to a whole household and not much was even salvageable. One box with collectibles is missing. They also showed up two hours late. We have pictures to prove the damages and how items were put into the storage lockers. They quit being responsive after several phone calls from us. Pay attention to complaints and reviews from others about this company. Find another moving company. Read complaints on BBB website. In response to the owner's comment after my post -- Check your records for a move made on August 2, 2019. I have documented phone calls in particular one with Debbie in your office who said someone else would have to deal with this issue but that person was not available. Subsequent calls to your office resulted in no response and then refusals to take calls. If you really don't know anything about this and will actually take our call, we will call your office.”

I used ABC Quality Moving & Storage 8 years ago when moving in to my apartment and was thrilled with that experience so much so that I decided to use them again to move in to our house January 2020. Dave, Will and Torrance showed up on time and quickly got to work. They assessed our apartment and made a plan on how to get everything down and out to the truck. They were fantastic getting all the pieces out, even with an odd staircase. They took care of taking apart the bed for maximum ease getting it out the door. The move in to the house seemed to go even quicker than moving out. I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's employees. I was called multiple times leading up to the move to ensure we were still on for our scheduled date. Dave, Will and Torrance made our move far less stressful and we are so thankful to have had them on our big day!”

As for the discrepancy on the bid, you pointed that out after I called the day before the move to confirm you were showing up. You proceeded to try and increase your price the day before knowing I was moving the next day. You then proceeded to cancel the move. I absolutely said I would give you a bad comment not because it was a mistake but because you tried to cancelled and tried to increase the price the day before the move. Who does that? Especially, to a customer that has referred people to you and has used you a few times. I overlooked the items you broke in previous moves but this was different. My walls were damaged, many items were damaged or broken, and your employees tried to cover it up . Well good thing for you they lied on the form. Your insurance company did offer me money for some of the broken items and I turned them down and I still have never taken a dime. But I want people to know how horrible you are about doing what is right. BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!I recently used this company to store and move my furniture. When the furniture arrived at my house some of it was damaged and the movers tried to hide it from me. 1. My leather couch arms were stretched and dented from something being stacked on it 2. Two of my leather chairs had the backs ripped off 3. My desk had a chunk of wood taken out of it 4. My fishing poles were broke in half 5. The movers damaged the walls in my new house 6. The Washer and Dryer were very scratched up 7. My $10k Theater chairs were destroyed because they stored them in the sun. Which the storage was suppose to be climate controlled with no sun exposure. The chairs were completely dried out from being stored. I have used this company a few times and I have referred them to several people. I will not use them ever again. Neither them nor the insurance company will pay to fix the damages. They tried to give my $150 which would not fix 1 item that they broke. I even purchased the extra insurance to make sure I was covered. They have denied almost all claims stating the damage is normal wear and tear and/or it was my fault it was damaged. Well you have been warned!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR OR FIX THEIR MISTAKES!!!! Posted 2/20/19”

I hired ABC to move an upright piano. I was charged for 3 hours because that is their minimum. Debbie never mentioned that minimum to me when getting the quote, just an hourly rate and that they charge 1 hour for drive time. The actual work only took 1 hour. So with the 1 hour work and the 1 hour drive time, I should have paid for 2 hours, about $250. (My quote was $98-128 per hour). However, I was charged $384 + tip. For moving 1 object (heavy and awkward albeit). Had I known about the 3 hour minimum, I would have found more work for them or gone with a different company. All that said, the movers themselves were excellent! Kevin W, Will, and Dan B were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. 5 stars for these guys!.”

I moved 90 miles out of Saint Louis to Southern Illinois, their price is right and their company is professional (the first quote from Two Men and a Truck 2000.00, ridiculous). The only reason ABC I rate Quality Moving four stars instead of five is because they were about an hour late on move day (something out of their control happened, their tardiness was not due to lack of initiative) ....HOWEVER, they did provide an extra person for free. So, without any hesitation I would hire them again for a move. And I would request the professionals I had onsite - Kevin, Will, and Jack N (these guys get it done in no time).
