Where do I begin. I have a large 3 bedroom 2 bath home full of stuff. I explained this in my conversation with the owner who assured they were professionals and could do it in 4 hours. They were to be there between 1:00-4:00 which I thought was late. He reassured me again. They showed up at 6:30! After arguing with the owner he and 2 more guys showed. They finished at almost 1:00am! Just what you want when moving into a new neighborhood. They didn't wrap most items. Scratched up all of our family room tables and dropped and broke a shelf that had belonged to my husbands late mother. It is one of a kind. The guy lied when my husband asked if he had dropped it. We found it hidden in the garage. Heavy boxes placed on fragile boxes. Broken glasses and art work. Worse moving experience ever. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE TIME AND YOUR ITEMS!”

We scheduled a 1:00-4:00 slot. There was an accident involving one of the company's trucks, supposedly. Although I was initially empathetic, I still needed movers. Now that they've lied through the entire process, I'm doubting the "accident" ever occurred. We were first told they would arrive "after 4:00". We were then told that they would be here at 6:00. Starting around 6:30, we were given time frames that were 30 minutes out. We had moved most of our stuff outside already, and really didn't want to move it all back in. We have been told that the rate will be discounted, but they showed up at 10:00 at night and took a very long time loading. Then they spent 20 minutes at the gas station, which I'm sure I paid them for. They left after midnight and after all that, they discounted the rate by $60. I shouldn't be expected to pay a penny for this. In fact, they should be compensating us for the inconvenience caused by their incompetence. I would never recommend this unprofessional shady company. *Update* My husband has spoken with them and the owner has agreed to refund an additional $100. Although I still do not feel that we should be paying anything for such awful service, I will consider this issue resolved and not proceed with my BBB complaint. *Update* He was told to call at 10:00, but they're dodging us now. The owner is busy with family and unable to call, although we were told to call. We've already been promised a refund (in writing), so I think I'm done messing with them. I'll head down to the courthouse in the morning to file my small claims suit. Let's allow a judge to decide if we have been totally messed around by this company or not. See you in court!”

This is a terrible company! They didn't bring all my items, went almost double the estimated cost and didn't leave my home until after midnight. They damaged my couch and said that they would repair it before I paid and now they are not replying to any of my texts or calls. I filed a complaint with BBB and the Department of Transportation, and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - there are several people who have also complained and written bad reviews.”
