Not satisfied. Picked them because they had good reviews but we didn't have a good experience. Very hard to talk to this company because they don't answer the phone or return your calls. I had to call and confirm my own move 48 hours before to make sure they showed up. The moving crew was nice. They did a fairly efficient job moving our stuff. We even bought them bottled water and donuts to be nice and thank them. After they left we started noticing things. Scrapes on the walls, ceilings, a hole they ripped on our mattress, put our bed together incorrectly. We immediately called them back and they said "sorry we're busy" and hung up on my husband. Emailed the owner twice to get them to come back two days later. They fixed the bed just fine. We just called the hole in the mattress a loss. After that, we turned on a TV upstairs and the entire screen was shattered. Completely unusable. We also noticed that our two, large plastic shelving units were completely missing. Searched the house up and down and they're nowhere to be found. I find it HIGHLY unlikely you can accidentally lose two 3'x4' shelving units off the single truck they used to move us. After 12 days of back and forth with this company we did finally get reimbursed. Their reimbursement was reasonable, but still frustrating. I'm not convinced there are any good moving companies out there.”
