At first the moving staff seemed very professional, they came the same day took inventory and worked very hard to accommodate my move. Then they came to pack up my items; they mainly followed my requests and were,upfront about what couldnt be moved or packed. When it was time to go to my additional locations the guy handling the paperwork acted as if he was oblivious to the other locations and insisted he knew nothing about those. Those items were not included, which wasn't horrible but that wasn't the agreement. I had to sign paperwork that I wasn't able to read, then he told me in order for the items to be shipped and moved I must sign. The next day they came to load items. They were fast and somewhat efficient but took items I said and marked that I wanted to keep behind(I'm finding out after I get back up to my loft after they left). Then the movers brought down my cracked tv stand that I had agreed to through away because the paperwork guy said it was unsafe to move. The movers told me it would be okay and that they could add it to the inventory, I told them what the paperwork guy said but the movers said it's okay to move. So the paperwork guy comes up yelling at me. Very rude, I bit my tongue and allowed them to continue. When I FINALLY received the inventory list the descriptions they wrote of my items were inaccurate and leads me to believe they damaged items while they were packing and loading and just covered it up in the descriptions. I personally did not choose them, my company did and I wouldn't use them again.”

If I could give you a negative 10 star rating I would. I have worked for a moving company before so I'm familiar with the business. I was in Dallas Tx and met a young man who worked for ABC movers. This young man was not paid and explained to me that the driver put him out for asking about his pay. He also explained that he tried to contact the owner numerous times and was given the run around, this is not typical practice for moving companies. I paid for the young man's bus ticket from Dallas TX to Toledo OH. If you have poor business practices like this you don't deserve to be in business.”
