I had a long distance move from San Diego to Orange County. Their quotes beat most of the other 5 Star businesses in the area and their response to my Yelp inquiry was prompt. They gave me a window for their arrival from 8:00a to 9:00a and actually arrived 5 minutes early, which was great. I had a 1 bedroom apartment. My move was small - just boxes of items from the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room, a king sized bed with box springs and a frame, a couple dressers, a filing cabinet, and a few items here and there that I didn't quite pack correctly. No TVs or Couches. Took them 2 hours to get everything in the truck. Legitimately impressive. I watched them work the whole time and they were on it. Since they charge double time for drive time (all movers do), I was concerned about the travel time. SD to OC is a little over an hour, but they have to stop at the weigh station. There's also a balance with speed v not braking your stuff. They made it in reasonable time. Took them about an hour and a half to get everything off the truck and into my new place. All in all, they beat the quote they gave me.”

I booked them to help with moving a few things. I their website says they don't charge you until after the move, but they charged me immediately. Their website says they will send you texts with gps location of your movers. They didn't do that either. Nobody contacted me. Nobody showed up at the time I booked them. Nobody answers their phone and the third party company that does the transaction can't be reached either because their phone number is disconnected. Moving is something that you can't risk not having people show up on for you. Don't go with this company if you want people that are reliable, honest, and can actually be reached on the phone.”

I moved the contents of a small one bedroom on the ground floor to a second floor about a mile away and did my own packing. I even added picking up a sofa from the destination and moving it to another location. 24/7 (Cali) was accommodating, pleasant to work with, and answered all of my questions. They texted a confirmation 48 hours in advance. My movers, Nestor and Aron, arrived earlier than scheduled. Both of them were professional, friendly, and very capable. They moved quickly, but not rushed, wrapping and handling everything with care. I’m a pretty easy move, but they made sure to ask me where specific things should be placed and confirmed satisfaction. They were both really pleasant to work with, made conversation, and made a day that normally comes with a level of stress easy to navigate. The job took about the time I expected (a little under), and pricing was also what I expected, with no hidden charges tacked on at the end. I was in need of a moving service for just one large item that I could not move on my own. I contacted multiple moving companies and different apps. 24/7 Moving and Storage offered the best price and they didn’t force me to pay for 2 hours minimum. I only had one item to move! They also offer insurance coverage standard and you can buy up separately. Scheduling was very easy and simple all through yelp messaging. I received a text an hour before they arrived to let me know they were coming. I also got a call when they were 25 minutes out. I had two movers and they had all the equipment needed. During COVID, I was little surprised when they came into my house without masks but I had mine on. They didn’t have shoe covers but I laid towels down to protect my carpet. Both movers were friendly, quick and efficient. They took my item to where I needed it to go and unloaded it. No damage to my item. I completed the paperwork and snapped a picture of it. They didn’t have it on a triplicate form. Overall, I was very happy with my pick up and drop off. I would use them again for any future moving needs.”

I hired these guys for a move from San Mateo to San Diego this week. I called on Monday and they were able to arrange for my move on Wednesday morning. BOOKING: It was so easy that I kept second guessing whether this would all come together. They packed the furniture VERY well for transport. We moved from a condo (1100 sq feet) to a house about 15 miles away, total was about $660 including tips (plus the $15 for $30 coupon). We had two movers and one large truck. They came during the window provided (they even offered to come earlier, but we procrastinators haven’t finished packing at the time). They brought all the materials needed for wrapping up furniture as well. They also had haul away services for an extra fee ($119 to haul away a fridge and couch). I had a super heavy vaccum sealed bed already at the new place and they were kind enough to help me move it upstairs too! Would definitely use these guys again.”
