“ 10 Men Movers came to my home in Omaha, Nebraska to move some items to my daughter's friends apartment and help my daughter load the truck after selling my home. When Jaron took the items to my daughter's friends apartment, Jaron proceeded to try to up charge the mother of a special needs child $200 to take a heavy entertainment center into the apartment. He never called me to say there was an issue with the item, instead, he tried to take advantage of my daughter's friend who really wanted the entertainment center and other items I was giving her. Then he told me he had taken everything in to the apartment and failed to tell me the entertainment center was not taken in because she could not pay extra. He constantly kept changing what he was going to charge me. We had agreed on $120 an hour to move the items from my home to her apartment and $80 an hour to put items in the truck I rented for my daughter. He then tried to change the price to a flat fee of $800 for a 3-4 hour job. I had a few items going to the dump which he initially told me would be the dump fee (usually $35) plus one-way drive time - $80/Hr - and he would take it with other items needing to be dumped. He then charged me $300 for the dumping of the items because he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive to Bennington NE from Omaha - really - BUYER BEWARE - get a contract or your price will be all over the map - better yet, don't use this mover at all - he doesn't stick to his word.”

My move involved emptying my storage unit, dropping one piece of furniture at my daughters house (where I have been staying for the last 4 months), picking up 4 pieces of furniture & multiple boxes and delivering it all to my new residence.
